If you receive your order and are not happy with the quality of your purchase Liza will give you a full refund for the purchase price of the products ordered. Simply contact Liza and return your purchase to her within 7 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned products in good order. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in the post Liza is happy to replace them for you. She will need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving your order. Send her an email with a photo documenting the damage and she will organise a replacement to be sent out to you.
