TURNAROUND TIMES
Print orders are despatched within 5 working days.
Framed print orders are despatched within 2-3 weeks.

PACKAGING
Given the white glove treatment, your prints are packed with great care ensuring they arrive at your door in pristine condition.

Small prints are flat packed with substantial protective cardboard packaging.

Large prints are delivered in a sturdy postage tube, complete with a pair of white cotton gloves for print handling.

Framed prints are packed to perfection in a strong sturdy box with substantial protective packaging!

Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with with your purchase or the service I offer please contact me to discuss. Your feedback is valued and it is my intention to always provide quality products and service!

Refunds and Returns Policy
If you receive your order and are not happy with the quality of the workmanship of the products we will give you a full refund for the purchase price of the products ordered. You must notify us via email within 48 hours of order receipt with your intention to return products. Include clear photo documentation of product / explanation of concern with workmanship. (info@lizaclements.com.au) Products must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of you receiving the order. Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected. If products are in original condition a refund will be issued for the puchase price of the products. Return delivery costs are non refundable. Alternatively, a replacement of defective products can be arranged at our discretion.​
If your products are damaged in the post we will replace them for you.* You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email with clear photo documentation of the damage to the packaging before opening and damage to the products themselves. (info@lizaclements.com.au) We will organise a replacement to be sent out to you ASAP.

*If a limited edition print is damaged in the post a replacement will be provided if available. If unavailable you will be refunded for the purchase price of the print. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email with clear photo documentation of the damage to the packaging before opening and damage to the products themselves. (info@lizaclements.com.au) The damaged print will need to be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order. A replacement print, if available, or refund for the purchase price of the print will be issued upon receipt of the returned damaged print within 30 days. Return delivery costs are non refundable.

All prints are delivered with tracking and require a signature on delivery to ensure they arrive safely. If you choose for your parcel to be left in a safe place without a signature (only orders under $100 can be left) we take no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. If your parcel does not arrive due to incorrect address being supplied we can not be held responsible for any loss or additional charges.
As the majority of our products are printed to order we do not offer exchange or returns for change of mind.
